摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and method is provided to achieve improved signal to noise ratio and prevent the risk of damaging tissue of living body, while reducing size and weight of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a pumping light source(10) for radiating incidence light having a single spectrum with a peak power; a first spectrum converting unit(12) for converting the incidence light into a light having one or more discrete spectra; a first beam split unit(14) for splitting the light output from the first spectrum converting unit, and radiating one from the split light to an object; a reference light generating unit(16) for converting the other light from the split light into a parallel light, separating the converted light by unit of spectra, and outputting the separation result as a reference light; a first collimator unit(24) for converting the light passed through the object into a parallel light; a light intensity measurement unit(28) for measuring intensity of the light output from the first collimator unit and intensity of the reference light; and a concentration measurement unit(30) for measuring component concentration from the intensity of light measured by the light intensity measurement unit.</p>
