PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a desired card in a moment or surely control the storage state or plate of a card which is taken out a shelf or the location of the cards to be managed at real time even when the card is not stored in the shelf provided exclusively for retrieval of cards, and stored of in the card storage place with a retrieval-machine being removed. SOLUTION: With the device, at least either one of an identification code or the identification means of preliminarily set objects 5 of objects to be retrieved 5 which are not used for a specified period of time, or objects 5 which correspond to a specified condition out of many objects to be retrieved 5 which are stored in a shelf 6 is clearly displayed.
