In a continuous casting mould at least one mould wall 1 is attached to a supporting frame 6 by means of bolts 5 that screw into round bars 3 extending in the casting direction in bored holes 2 in the said mould wall 1. Cooling water is introduced through inlet 9 and passes down the outside of mould wall 1 by way of grooves (7) (Fig 2, not shown) formed in the mould wall. |
