PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a sintering temperature of a ceramics dielectric material by preventing characteristics fluctuation and reliability degradation due to composition fluctuation of material powder when manufacturing electronic parts provided with an electrode of low-melting-point metal. SOLUTION: When manufacturing electronic parts comprising a base body of dielectric porcelain ceramics and an electrode of low-melting-point metal formed on the base body, a solution 13 of metallic salt containing one or more metal element selected among barium, titanium, bismuth, zinc, lead, zirconium, magnesium, strontium, tantalum, tin, lithium, aluminum, silicon, and rare earth element is jetted to a high temperature space 11, and dried to provide a material powder 15 of metal oxide. The material powder 15 is used as material for base body. |
