Fattening fodder additives for cattle

These additives contain at least two of the following active substances: (a) digesting regulators of the hydantoin or a homologue thereof; (b) a substance stimulating production of insulin or inhibiting glucagon activity (e.g. sulphonylurea or -thiourea); (c) a substance suppressing the activity of the thyroid gland or a gastregonic substance (e.g. thiouracil); (d) a substance suppressing hypophysic activity (e.g. an acylated (p-hydroxyphenyl) alkyl (thio)ketone); (e) a substance stimulating appetite or digestion (e.g. a lower branched fatty acid or its salts); and (f) a depressor for the central nervous system (e.g. thiobarbituric acid or a derivative thereof.
