Stamping input and output media from plastic - film

Stamping is performed by a press moulding machine using a stamping die as the negative mould heat and pressure being applied. First thermoplastic film is stamped under high pressure in the cold state and heat is then applied via the dies. The heat and pressure cause fluted modulations to appear in the plastic material and these are frozen-in by withdrawal of the heat.
