PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mountability of a circuit board in a dielectric line device and to facilitate matching of a dielectric line with a diode by constituting a resonance circuit by providing a filter circuit in an electric conductor pattern and mounting the diode to the electric conductor pattern inside the resonance circuit. SOLUTION: Dielectric strips 3a and 3b are arranged so as to hold the circuit board 4 there between electric conductor plates 1 and 2, and the dielectric line is constituted of the dielectric strips 3a and 3b and the upper and lower electric conductor plates 1 and 2. The electric conductor pattern 5 is provided in a direction almost vertically crossing with the dielectric strips 3a and 3b on the upper surface of the circuit board 4. In the electric conductor pattern 5, the filter circuits 6 and 7 for functioning as the resonance circuit are constituted at positions for holding a dielectric strip part there between. A beam reed diode 8 is mounted serially to the electric conductor pattern 5 inside the resonance circuit. |
