<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN system and its communication method which can communicate in a equivalent quality as a wire LAN, even if the transmission is made, in which information signals with or without real time characteristics are mixed in the wireless LAN system. SOLUTION: The wireless LAN system 10 operates using a direct spread spectrum system for respective wireless systems of physical layers 14a and 14b, using plural spread code, controlling sending power semi-fixedly, and selecting frequencies and bands according to volumes and kinds of information. In data link layers 14b and 16b located upper of the physical layer 14a and 16a, there are sub-layers of LLC(Logical Link Controller) and sub-layers 140 and 160 of MAC(Media Access Control). In the MAC sub-layer 140 and 160, CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) method is used as an access method, and a data structure is used corresponding to the quantity and kind of the information.</p> |
