PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve customer services in every industry while using personal information and so on to each other. SOLUTION: A personal information-storing means 12, a communicating means 8 to external equipments and an information-processing means 14 which controls the motion of each of these means are provided. The personal information-storing means 12 stores the personal information of information-disclosing persons and the information on the supply of goods, services and so on, which are given to the information-disclosing persons, for every personal information-disclosing person. The processing means 14 receives the personal information of the information-disclosing persons from terminals on the side of information-retrieving persons via the communicating means 8 and verifies the personal information thus received with the personal information stored in the personal information-storing means 12. As the result of the verification, when the personal information thus received accords with the personal information stored in the personal information-storing means 12, the processing means 14 specifies the information-disclosing persons who disclose the received personal information, reads out the information on the supply of goods, services and so on of the specified information-disclosing persons from the personal information storing-means 12, transmits the information on the supply of goods, services and so on thus read out to the terminals on the sides of the information-retrieving persons, and so on. |
