<p>Sheep mite infection, Psoroptes ovis, is treated or prevented by immersing or spraying the sheep with aqs solutions, or dispersions containing 0.01-0.1% thiadiazol phosphates (where R is H, 1-5C alkylthio or alkoxy, R1 is 1-4C alkyl and Y and Z are -O- or -S-) with exception of O,O-dimethyl-O-(1,2,5-thiadiazolyl-4-)-thiaphosphate a herbicide disclosed in FR 1583, 488. They are prepared by reacting (where A is H or alkali metal) cpd. Cl-P (ZR1)2 if necessary in presence of an acid binder.</p> |
