PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the meteoric burst in a short time and without emitting any special detection radio wave. SOLUTION: An FM broadcast wave f1 of an FM broadcast station, for example, being a VHF broadcast radio wave is used for detection of the meteoric burst. At the same time, the frequency f2 which is approximate to the frequency of the wave f1 and not assigned to a radio station is also detected together with the wave f1. The occurrence of noises is judged when both f1 and f2 are simultaneously detected. When only the f1 is detected, the occurrence of the meteoric burst is judged and the communication of data is instantaneously started. |
