PURPOSE: To provide a light receiving circuit which generates no secondary distortion by eliminating the output signals of two amplifiers in a multiplexing state of these signals. CONSTITUTION: A photodiode 11 has a cathode terminal that is grounded via a coil 13 and an anode terminal that is connected to a DC power supply via a coil 12 respectively and is used as a photoelectric conversion means. Thereby, two electric signals having the same levels and the phases inverted to each other are obtained in response to the received optical signals. At the same time, these two signals are amplified at two amplifier parts having the same transmission functions and then outputted after the multiplexing applied to both signals with one of them kept inverted. In such a constitution of a light receiving circuit, the secondary distortion components which are generated at both amplifier parts are eliminated in the multiplexing state of both signals. Therefore, no secondary distortion component is contained in the output. |
