The membrane structure is a ring knot membrane having a ring knot separated from a rumple in the part of a board member. The membrane structure includes four rumples(10) having a front indented part(11) in the straight line towards an anchor bolt fixing hole(9) from an outer edge(1) of the board member(a), and the ring knot(2) being apart from the front indented part(11) at a predetermined distance and having a ring-shaped outer surface(5) and a ring-shaped inner surface(4) symmetrical to the ring-shaped outer surface(5).
