PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preprocessing system for card issue data, which is speedily and flexibly adaptive to requests to alter and add editing processes as a preprocessing system which edits a file containing personal information used to issue a card. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an editing process storage part 80 which stores editing programs 81, 82, 83, etc., in independently executable file format for editing a file 90 to be printed and can add and/or delete unit editing programs at need and is enabled to develop and adds a new editing program when a new field editing process becomes necessary. |
