The device is designed to control axial direction and protect an impact on hard disk driver (HDD). The device includes : the first and the second actuators (701, 702); an amplifying and signal processing circuit (662) for amplifying and outputting changed value of tension or compression of a suspension (105) form the first and the second actuators (701, 702); an error value extracting means; a signal leading-delay compensator (663); and an amplifier (661).
