PREPARATION OF ANTIITUMOR POLYSACCHARIDES

摘要

PURPOSE:To prepare nitrogen-containing polysaccharides having excellent antitumor activity by oral administration, by extracting mycelia obtained by the artificial cultivation of fungi belonging to Basidiomycetes genus, Calostoma sp. with an aqueous solvent, and purifying the extract by removing low molecular weight components having MW of <= 5000 from the extract.
