The instruction or publicity sheets (1) are designed to be fixed to a safety bar (2) by means of a rigid plaque(3). The plaque is of rectangular shape. Its rear face(4) has bar fixing device. The front face of the plaque (5) has turned over edges (6) on all four sides. The edges form a slot (7) into which the information sheet is held. An element (8) slides over at least a part of the length of the plaque. This element has a transparent from face (9) which covers the whole of the front race of the plaque. An end (10) of the sliding element is closed and has a turned over edge (11) under the rear face of the plaque.
