PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of a visually handicapped person or the like by selecting printing formats corresponding to respective users based on the user identification information of respective user ID cards and printing transaction itemized sheets issued in automatic transaction. CONSTITUTION:A transaction itemized sheet format registration table 10 corresponding to the user identification information is stored in a user identification registration part 6 and the respective printing formats of normal, magnification and braille are registered corresponding to the user identification information (a,) (b) and (c) for instance. As the contents data of the ID card such as a cash card possessed by the user, in addition to the information such as the kind of a deposit and an account number, the other various information of the user is recorded. For instance, by utilizing the information for indicating whether or not the user falls under the visually handicapped person or the like, a special processing is performed. Thus, for the printing operation of the transaction itemized sheet, the format of the transaction itemized sheet, that is the printing format, is automatically selected for the respective users and the transaction itemized sheet becomes optimum for the respective users. |
