PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device in which electrodes of an FET and a diode can be connected to lands to a printed wiring board without troubles, whose current application efficiency is not lower, and whose shape as a whole is not long horizontally or vertically. SOLUTION: The FET16 and the diode 18 are fixed to the surface of the printed wring board 24 comprising a metal board such as an aluminum board, etc., and circuit patterns printed on the metal board. A smoothing capacitor 22 is placed at a prescribed position (position on a side of a printed wiring board 36) on the printed wiring board 24, to which the FET16 and the diode 18 are fixed. |
