<p>The enclosure for the solar collector is used as a terrace or border to a swimming pool etc. and comprises a cavity (1) with a solid base and walls (2,3). The cavity is covered by glass panels (4) with chamfered upper edges to form V-slots for a sealing compound. The panels are supported on columns situated at the corners and designed to cast minimum shadows across the collector (6) installed in the cavity. An insulating joint (5a) is inserted between the panels and the supports.</p> |
