The compensator finds application in offsetting any heat expansions and angular shiftings of vertical powder ducts and gas ducts in the thermoelectric power station combustion equipment. It can operate at large angular shifts of the mobile centre which guarantees density and simplified suspensions design. It consists of a lower pipe connection (1) and lower packing gland seat (2) with spherical bottom (3) which lies on a lower sealing rope (4). A packing gland (5) is fitted in the lower packing gland seat (2) as well a mobile cylinder (6) which in its upper part ends by a spherical head (7) lying on an upper sealing rope (8). The rope (8) is placed in the upper packing gland seat (9) connected to the pipe connection (10)
