The system can be applied for residential needs. It has low assembly and maintenance costs and ensure high efficiency factor of heat rendering and heating effect. The system is built of a heat generator in the form of a closed boiler, of electric heaters and heat conducting pipeline network connected to the required automation and instrumentation by the well-known methods, and by an air supply plant. The heat generator has an open fuel chamber coinciding with the hearth of a fireplace with a grating under which the air supplying installation is connected. In addition the generator has at least one heat exchange and a radiation accepting surface./!
