PURPOSE:To attain a large capacity by providing a storage means storing the state of karrusel address of a disk and a means discriminating the input of front/rear information of the disk and turning the karrusel by 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical karrusel 10 accommodating plural disks 8-A-8-H and a recording or reproducing means 9 provided to the center space of the karrusel 10 are provided. Then all the disks 8-A-8-H to be stored in the karrusel 10 are stored, and a means loading or ejecting a selected disk 8 by the means 9 from one loading slit 13a of the karrusel 10 at the front (or rear) side of the disks 8 and a means ejecting or loading the selected disk 8 from the other loading slit 13b of the karrusel 10 opposite to the former slit, are provided. The karrusel address of the ejected or loaded disk 8 is stored, the front or rear side of the disk 8 is discriminated to turn the karrusel 10 by 180 deg..
