PURPOSE:To use a common rear floor for different types of cars by jointing a cross-member with a stepped part of a rear floor body, forming a closed profile, jointing a rear floor extension with the front of under-step ahead part and the front floor, and forming in seat installation part. CONSTITUTION:A rear cross member 25 is jointed striding over the over-step behind art 23 and the under-step ahead part 24 of a rear floor body 21, and a closed profile 26 cooperates with the rear floor body 1 is formed. The distance L3 from the front wall part 27 of said cross member 25 to a rear wheel center HC is given the same dimension as a conventional construction. A rear floor extension 30 is jointed over the rear end of the front floor body 7 and the front of the lower step ahead part 24. A seat installation part 31 is provided, striding over said rear cross member 25 and rear floor extension 30. This construction allows use of a common rear floor for different types of cars.
