CONSTITUTION:The tundish 11 is divided by the partition wall 2 arranging the molten steel pass through hole 12. By bubbling the molten steel poured from a pouring tube 1 by an inert gas bubbling device 8, etc., the molten steel temp. at the pouring side is made to low to precipitate and separate TiN. This molten steel is shifted from the pass through hole 12 of the partition wall 2 to the submerged nozzle 4 side and after heating up the molten steel temp. by an induction heating device 3, etc., the molten steel is poured into a mold 5 through the submerged nozzle 4. In this way, as the molten steel is already precipitated and separated from TiN at the pouring side 3, clogging of the submerged nozzle 4 is reduced and the chromium steel contained Ti is continuously cast.
