PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction due to an erroneous data by providing a discriminating means discriminating the correctness of data read from a sotrage area to a transmission controller. CONSTITUTION:A setting means 13 stores the content set in the setting element of a means 12 in the storage areas 14a 14c of a storage means 14 in an input means 12 comprising a selecting element designating/setting the controlled content, a setting element and a mode designation element designating the acknowledge enable state. Then the mode designation element of the means 12 inputs the data of an object control content to a discrimination means 16 from either one of the areas 14a 14c to discriminate the correctness of data. When the result of discrimination gives correctness, the data is inputted to a control means 15 to apply required control. When the result is in error, no data is outputted to the means 15 and data error is displayed on a display means 17.
