摘要 PURPOSE:To permit permanent recording of information by impressing energy of the quantity at which the crystals of an arom. vinylene sulfide polymer are nearly entirely annihilated to an optical recording medium formed by using the crystalline arom. vinylene sulfide polymer having a specific group as a repeating unit as its optical recording element. CONSTITUTION:The energy of the quantity at which the crystals of the arom. vinylene sulfide polymer are nearly entirely annihilated is impressed to the optical recording medium formed by using the crystalline arom. vinylene sulfide polymer having 400-500,000 number average mol.wt. and having the group expressed by the formula as the repeating unit as its optical recording element. In the formula, m, n are 1-5 integer, R<1>-R<8> denote an arbitrary substituent such as hydrogen, halogen and alkyl group of 1-12C. The arom. vinylene sulfide polymer has the group expressed by the formula as the repeating unit and may contain >=2 kinds of the repeating units having different structures. The film thickness thereof is usually specified to 10Angstrom -100mum. The crystals are thereby annihilated and the permanent recording is permitted.
