The planting space (8) is set inside the special holder (10,12) with the slots for the root growth and is held in a porous pot (2) set inside an outer waterproof container (4). The space between the container and the pot is filled with water with feeding additives. The slots for root growth are shaped to allow full growth and then stop the roots without having them curl. This provides a full system of hair roots and stops the growth of the plant as required.
