PURPOSE:To manufacture circuits with arranged characteristic with high yield by employing a voltage controlled superconduction element for at least one Josephson element of a QFP circuit and providing a voltage supply means supplying a voltage to the said element. CONSTITUTION:The voltage controlled type superconduction element 100 is employed for a QFP(quantum flux parametron) circuit and a voltage impressed to the voltage controlled superconduction element is varied through a gate wire 103 being a voltage supply means. Thus, the maximum superconduction current flowing between the source and drain is set the same as the maximum superconduction current of the 1st Josephson element 1. Thus, the difference in the maximum superconduction current of two Josephson elements due to the dispersion of manufacture of the QFP circuit is corrected. Thus, the high gain switching circuit is realized, the malfunction of the circuit is eliminated and the characteristics are arranged after element structure, then the high speed circuit integration is attained by using a switching circuit.
