PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a current proportional control characteristic by compensating the fluid force by generating the axial force of the reverse direction in a spool valve, by a first throttle means for throttling the flow rate going to a cylinder from a cylinder port, and a second throttle means for throttling the flow rate going to the cylinder port from the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A control means 51 is constituted of a first throttle 75 for throttling the flow rate going to a cylinder 79 from a cylinder port 70, and a second throttle 77 for throttling the flow rate going to the cylinder port 70 from the cylinder 79. By the control means 51, pressure of a spool valve side is led to one pressure receiving surface of the spool valve 53 operating in the same direction as the direction in which electromagnetic force of a solenoid 52 operates, and also, from the throttles 75, 77 cylinder side pressure is led to the other pressure receiving surface of the spool valve 53 operating in the direction reverse to the direction in which the electromagnetic force of the solenoid 52 operates, and against fluid force of oil pressure generated in the spool valve 53, axial force in the reverse direction is generated in the spool valve 53 and the fluid force is compensated. In such a way, a current proportional control characteristic is improved.
