PURPOSE:To enhance skid prevention performance in regard to icy surface or the like by connecting plural elements which are formed in such a way to bury studs in pack members, with each other by means of connecting tools so as to form a winding body winding round the outer circumference of a tyre and as well providing a throttle mean on both sides edges of the winding body. CONSTITUTION:A winding body 10 is formed into band form in such a way as to combine plural elements 12. In this case, the element 12 is formed in such a way that metal-made stub 14 pentagon shape on whose single face a recessed portion 16 is formed is inserted and formed in a hard rubber-made pack member 18. In addition, respective connecting claws 20a-20d extending plural directions are provided in the stud 14. Respective connecting claws 20a-20d of the stud 14 are inserted into respective connecting holes 24 of a connecting tools 22 so that respective elements 12 are connected with each other si as to form the winding body 10 with a width and a length which are capable of winding round the outer circumference of a tyre 26. On the other hand, wire bands 28 serving as a throttle mean are arranged on the both sides edges of the winding body 10 so as to connect them to the connecting claws 20d of the studs 14.
