PURPOSE:To make it possible to pull out a part without damaging it by a method wherein a push knob is inserted into a main body where a fixed leg is positioned and held so that a lifter pulls out a part from the main body slowly. CONSTITUTION:When a push knob 20 is pulled down in the direction of a mounting position for parts, it is reversed in the upper direction (c) to the lifter through a reverse power growth transmission mechanism, further transmitted according to a lever ratio, and this movement is reversed and amplified to acts as a slow and reliable pull out power from the main body against the part by lowering or pulling the push knob 20 of a remover in the pressing position of the remover. Thus, even if the push knob 20 is lowered with a relatively large stroke, the movement in the upper direction (c) of the lifter 14 is small, and it is possible to take out a specified part from the main body only by pulling down the push knob 20 to the pressing position of the remover, with the amount of this transfer set at the amount sufficient for taking out the part.
