The N-acyl-alpha-amino acid derivative with formulawhere L, R' up to R''', and Q signs correspond to the patent description indications, can be applied for prophylaxis and treatment of such diseases that cause protein and thrombocyte adhesion as well as thrombocyte aggregation and mutual cell adhesion.The new compounds are obtained by separation of protective groups in respective protected compounds or also by conversion of cyan group into amidine group in respective nitriles.
