PURPOSE:To carry out a pseudo error test without using any special hardware by comparing mode setting data with each other as the processed result data of each processing circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an error test is performed by using the pseudo error in a multiplexing comparator, each control circuits 110 and 210 reads out executing/monitoring mode switching signals stored in registers 103 and 203 in accordance with a microprogram and writes the read-out signals in each output data registers 106 and 206. The data stored in the data registers 106 and 206 are compared with each other by means of a comparator 202. The executing/monitoring mode switching signals stored in the registers 103 and 203 of processors 100 and 200 are those relatively inverted by an inverter 1. Therefore, the compared result of the signals is in discordant and pseudo error processing is performed. |
