The circuit 6 judges from which speech path step the signal is sent, detouring signals Dp1-Dpn are sent to the element Epj of the p-1 speech path step of the front step of the trouble step, the speech path step of a preliminary speech path step group at the passing mode adjoining to the moving mode is activated and changed to the moving mode. Further, the trouble speech path step is detoured by a second step section link X(p+2)j, the information communication after the trouble is carried down step by step and with the same method, the processing is successively moved from an incoming line group to an outgoing line group and the communication information is outputted.</p> |
