PURPOSE:To supply a cold air flow and a hot air flow by using a single blower motor and contrive reductions in size and weight of a main body, by enabling a damper device to be freely switched between a cold air flow operation position for leading a blast from a condenser fan to an exhaust heat blow-off port, and a hot air flow operation position for leading the blast from the fan to a cold/hot air flow blow-off port. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a cold air flow operation, a compressor 4 is driven to form a refrigeration cycle 7. With a damper device 15 set to a cold air flow operation position 15a and an evaporator fan 9 rotated, room air A is cooled and dehumidified by an evaporator 6, is passed through a first blowing passage 2, and is blown off as cold air flow B from a cold/hot air flow blow-off port 21. At the time of cooling of a condenser 5, a condenser fan 10 is simultaneously rotated to blow room air C to fins of the condenser 5, resulting in heat exchange, and heated air is blown off into the room through an exhaust heat blow-off port 23. At the time of a hot air flow operation, an electric heater 8 is driven, the damper device 15 is set to a hot air flow operation position 15b, and a fan 19 is operated, whereby room air E is passed through the heater 8, whereby it is heated, and is blown off as hot air flow F from the blow-off port 21 to heat the room. |
