PURPOSE:To sample only an invariably necessary specific components through a nozzle by detecting the color area of the specific component of a sample to be analyzed and deciding whether or not sampling is possible in advance. CONSTITUTION:A color area detecting means 20 detects the color area of the serum 13 in a vacuum blood sampling pipe 14 or sample container 12 by samples. The correspondence relation between necessary serum amounts and color area is inputted previously to an arithmetic means 22 according to analytic items of the respective samples, so the arithmetic means 22 decides whether or not the relation is satisfied according to data on the correspondence relation every time data on the color area is inputted. When it is decided that the relation is satisfied, a control means 24 puts the sample dispensing nozzle 4 in sampling operation. When not, on the other hand, the sample dispensing nozzle 4 can be put in the sampling operation. |
