PURPOSE:To provide the title production process so designed that a double twister is loaded with a small-sized package and a large-sized hollow package to make a special threading, and tensers are respectively provided between said packages and a yarn take-off part, thereby obtaining a variety of covering yarns in high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:The static disc 4 in a double twister is loaded with a small-sized package 11 and a hollow large-sized package 13 coaxially and in a superposed manner. The upper part of a package-supporting cylinder 10 is provided with a tenser 16a, whereas the upper part of a supporting member 19 fitted into a bobbin 12 of the large-sized package 13 is provided with a second tenser 16b. A yarn 17 delivered from the small-sized package 11 is passed through the tenser 16a, the supporting member 10 and the static disc 4 in this order and via a threading disc 3 and a ballooning-limiting cylinder 28 to a balloon guide 29. On the other hand, a yarn 18 delivered from the large-sized package 13 is directly guided from the tenser 16b to said balloon guide 29. |
