PURPOSE:To attain calls to plural service areas by detecting area information depending on difference from code series in a frame synchronizing signal and switching a radio channel based on the area information. CONSTITUTION:As the frame synchronizing signal sent from a radio base station to a portable receiver, the code of different code series from each service area is assigned such as a pattern (a) to service area A', a pattern (b) to service area B' and a pattern (c) to service area C'. The portable radio equipment detects area information depending on the difference from the code series and switches the radio channel based on the area information. |
