<p>PURPOSE:To improve practicability, by a method wherein a relation is established between an unfolding state lock means to lock the unfolding state of a baby carriage and a push rod lock means to prohibit rotation of a push rod, and the unfolding state of the baby carriage is released from lock and the push rod is released from lock by means of a single control means. CONSTITUTION:A fold type baby carriage provided with a pair each of slide frames 1, front legs 3, rear legs 5, slide support rods 8, and seat support rods 9 is further provided with a push rod 10a, capable of being switched to a back push position and opposing push position, and an unfolding state lock means, not shown, to lock the unfolding state of the baby carriage. The push rod 10 provided with a push rod lock means (rotary hook) 15 to prohibit rotation of the push rod 10a is formed in a hollow manner, and an engaging release member 56 is slidably engaged with the interior of the push rod. The engaging release member 56 is formed with a first action part, making contact with the unfolding state lock means to release it from a lock state and a second action part 61 making contact with the push rod lock means 15 to release it from a lock state.</p> |
