<p>PURPOSE:To perform control over discharge capacity accurately by making moment by swash plate centrifugal force larger than that by piston inertial force. CONSTITUTION:Form, material rho of a swash plate 10 and a setup position of a piston 7 and its weight Wp are determined so as to make moment Ms attendant upon centrifugal force of the swash plate 10 larger than moment Mp attendant upon inertia force of the piston 7. In brief, the swash plate 10, the piston 7 and shoes 18, 19 are all determined so as to become an equation of -(R<4>-R)XrhopiH/4+H<2>(R<2>-R)- XrhopiH/12>WpnL<2>/2. Where, R is set down to a swash plate peripheral radius, R0 to a swash plate inner radius, H to swash plate thickness, n to piston numbers, L to a distance between a shaft axis and a piston axis, respectively. With this constitution, a spool is surely displaceable to a position where compressor discharge capacity becomes minimized.</p> |
