<p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for reducing particulates by a method wherein a filter is provided on each of a plural number of exhaust gas ducts and capturing and afterburning processes are carried out by different filters alternately while the filters are switched over. CONSTITUTION:Filters 13, 14 are provided on each of a plural number of exhaust gas ducts where ends 3, 5 are connected to an exhaust pipe 22 of unprocessed exhaust gas and the other ends 4, 6 are connected to an exhaust pipe 23 of processed gas. Connection to both exhaust pipes 22, 23 is switched over by switch valves 24, 25 so that different filters 13, 14 can alternately carry out capturing and afterburning processes. This improves efficiency for reducing particulates.</p> |
