PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a maintenance operator at the job site to readily extract necessary data from a data base anytime without considering the increase of any network traffic. SOLUTION: A maintenance operator carrying a portable terminal 16 operates the portable terminal 16 near a place where a data base server 9A for facility monitor control and a data base server 11A for facility maintenance management are set, and fetches on-line data preserved in a data base 10 or the data for maintenance management preserved in a data base 12 through server side Bluetooth 14 and 15 and its own terminal side Bluetooth 17, and displays those data on the terminal screen. |
