A stopper and a brake are drived by one driving source and a brake is detached froma reel at play mode. A stopper (12) and a brake (13) are linked according to modes by a projection (13a) depositing the edge of the brake (13). The detachment of the reel stopper (12) and the brake (13) are controlled by a cam (14) having a first groove (14a1) for releasing the reel stopper (12) and the brake (13), a second groove (14a2) for releasing the reel stopper (12), and a third groove (14a3) for attaching the reel stopper and the brake on a reel with high strength.
