PURPOSE: To provide a sealing arrangement for a multi-way valve which can attain a combination of inexpensive design and positive sealing action and can be assembled easily by a robot. CONSTITUTION: This valve sealing arrangement is provided with at least one sealing ring 13. The sealing ring consists of a housing ring 14 which has U-shaped cross-section and is formed out of a plurality of parts permanently- connected to one another. An integrally-structured sealing element 20 is mounted in the ring space of the housing ring so that its position may be adjustable radially to form a component which can be integrally-operated with the housing ring. The sealing part of the sealing element extends out of the housing opening of the ring space. The sealing part of this type is locked in valve housing to seal a section between the valve housing and a movable valve piston. The design of the sealing ring is suitable for robotized assembly.
