PURPOSE:To provide a function to write bit data with prescribed value and to attain the reduction of power consumption. CONSTITUTION:The wiring part W of a memory cell corresponds to the value of the bit data in which the logical state of the wiring part is stored in a memory cell, and also, it is the one in which the logical state of the bit data stored in the memory cell can be changed by changing the logical state of the wiring part W. The memory cell is equipped with the function to write the bit data with prescribed value by a prescribed value write means 4. Also, a circuit cutoff means 2 is arranged at either position of circuit cutoff parts P-S. When a prescribed value is written by the prescribed value write means, a source current at that time is reduced by cutting off a circuit by the circuit cutoff means. |
