PURPOSE:To eliminate the straightening by lighten the generation of the strain due to the preheating and welding of the structural fabric combined by welding the conventional rail and the shapes. CONSTITUTION:The structural fabric combined with the conventional rail 1 and the wide flange shape 2 is applied with the reverse strain with the jack 6, the reaction force receiving jig 3 and the restricting jig 4, further the conventional rail 1 is preheated, and also the flange part of the wide flange shape 2 is heated with the heating burner 5 during welding. Because the generation of strain caused on the preheating and the welding of conventional rail is lightened with this invention, so the straightening after welding can be eliminated. |
