PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit configuration of a driver circuit, and also, to prevent the deterioration of the responsiveness by generating digital data corresponding to a driving current instantaneous value of each phase of a pulse motor, and converting it to an analog signal. CONSTITUTION:Based on an ideal driving function of each phase of a pulse motor, digital data corresponding to a driving current instantaneous value of each phase is successively generated for a phase angle portion corresponding to position command data by a data generating means 3. Subsequently, these generated driving current instantaneous value data of each phase are converted to analog signals by converting means 17, 18. This controller is provided with a driver circuit 19 for exciting each phase exciting coil of pulse motors 13, 14 by this converted driving current instantaneous value analog signal of each phase. A rotation angle of the pulse motor is determined by the driving current instantaneous value data of each phase generated from the data generating means 3, therefore, in the case of executing multi-step driving control, a necessary arithmetic processing, etc., are executed on the side of the data generating means 3. |
