PURPOSE:To provide an improving and curing agent capable of improving and curing constipation without causing side effect and usable as a mixture with other foods and drinks. CONSTITUTION:The objective improving and curing agent for constipation contains extract of Aspalathus linearis as an active component. It can be prepared by extracting the leaves or stalks of Aspalathus linearis with water and/or an organic solvent and distilling out the extraction solvent from the extract or by crushing the leaves or stalks of Aspalathus linearis. It may be extracted in the same manner as the decoction of conventional green tea, oolong tea or black tea. |
