PURPOSE:To prevent an image from being deteriorated by suppressing an elec tric field existing between a recording head and a recording medium to a low extent. CONSTITUTION:The surface voltage of a recording sheet 7 on an electrifying adsorption belt 4 is measured. In accordance with the measured result, a control means 37 controls the output voltage of a variable power supply for a blush type electrode 32 so that it is possible to suppress the voltage difference between a recording head 1 and the surface of the recording sheet 7 to a low extent. |
